News: 5/3/23 The Madawaska Public Library Board of Trustees has put out an informational statement for the public. Read it HERE
Event: 3/11/23 Come and visit Madawaska's latest author Evan Nadeau. Evan will be signing copies of his book "Tanner and the Magic Tongue" at 11am. Mrs. O'Brien will also be there to read Evan's book and other stories. There will be crafts and maybe a special guest!

Event: 1/21/23. The Library Bookstore will be hosting a winter themed storytime with everyone's favorite teacher, Mrs. Obrien. Drop by anytime between 1030 am and 1 pm as Kerry reads her favorites. Hot chocolate willl be available!
News: 12/30/22. The Madawaska Library, the Madawaska Historical Society and the Maine State Library have come together on two projects that involve digitization of material relevant to local History. See the news story here.
News: 11/26/22 Madawaska resident Dan Berube was given the "Spirit of America" award for his efforts in making available digital copies of the entire run of the St. john Valley Times. The paper has run from 1957 until the present. The project was completed with coordination and aid from both the Madawaska Public Library and the Van Buren Public Library. See the news story here.
